The holiday flat on the ground floor of a well-kept family home has a wonderful terrace with a pool (shared with the landlord) and a covered lounge, which invites you to spend relaxing summer evenings, while the spacious, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A special highlight of the flat is the cosy walk-through room with fireplace and reading corner, where you can relax wonderfully after eventful days. The friendly landlord, who lives in the same house, will be happy to answer your questions and give you insider tips, and please note that the landlord also owns a dog if you are travelling with a pet. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
