Upper floor: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 3 beds. With sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom. With sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Additionally, there is a second kitchen on the ground floor (oven, 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, dishwasher). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
