The 5-star holiday apartments are a 3-minute drive from the center. At Villa Rosenhof, we offer beautiful, spacious apartments, ranging from 80 m² to 90 m², with one or two bedrooms, a large kitchen, dishwasher, living room, shower/WC, and Wi-Fi. Relax in the sun or in the shade of the linden trees on the outdoor terraces and balconies.

Many excursion options are available in the surrounding area: Hufeland Therme – the traditional spa and wellness center, hiking and Nordic walking in beautiful surroundings, a charming landscape for cyclists, and Bad Pyrmont, a golfer's paradise.

The view is unobstructed, overlooking the beautiful Weserbergland region. Breakfast can be added upon request. Please request this when booking! Each apartment provides a parking space; a garage is available for an additional charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room for a fee. Bicycles for adults and children can be rented from the landlord. Public charging stations for electric cars are located about 500 meters away at the Huddelbusch gas station.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
