The holiday home for 14 persons has two bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a barbecue and a balcony and there are two gardens, two terraces and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, two hairdryers, a shower, four washbasins, two toilets and a bath or shower.

This spacious and very tastefully furnished, detached holiday home is located in Schwalefeld, a district of the municipality of Willingen in the Sauerland region. The house is made up of two separate living areas. For this reason it is ideal for a group or several families. You can go on holiday together, but still enjoy plenty of privacy.

Located directly on the Aarbach it's the perfect spot for anglers and watersports fans. Nature lovers can explore the quaint Aartal on foot or by bike. Beautiful hiking trails lead through the varied and attractive landscape and the area around Willingen is also ideal for mountain bikers. There are bike parks and downhill trails for all skill levels. In winter, well-groomed cross-country ski trails, breathtaking slopes, ploughed winter hiking trails and toboggan runs at the various ski areas ensure ultimate fun in the snow. Excursion destinations in the area include: Christine slate mine, Ettelsberg cable car, Mühlenkopfschanze, Diemelsee, Bruchhauser Steine, Brilon, Winterberg and Waldeck Castle.

The house has 3 stories and has a balcony, terrace and garden with barbecue facilities; an ideal place to relax with family or friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
