General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a bar, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a jet stream, seven washbasins, three toilets, three massage showers and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a stove, a coffee maker and an oven.

The holiday home is located in a nature reserve where both residents and visitors come to enjoy the peace and nature. Excessive noise or other forms of nuisance are not allowed. After 10 p.m. the nature reserve is quiet. Club, student, bachelor or drinking parties are absolutely not allowed in this property.
You reach the spacious living room via the entrance area with guest toilet and a heated wardrobe/ski room, where you can leave your hiking and ski boots to dry. The large dining table, the seating area and above all the bar with a coffee corner make this living room something special. There is also a separate TV room accessible from the living room. The view from the living room makes everything even more special, through the large windows you can see the beautiful nature and you have a view of the Kahler Pöns ski slope, which seems to be in the back garden. Through the living room you can reach the balcony and the terrace, where it is pleasant even in summer. The kitchen with a cooking island in the middle of the room invites you to enjoy a delicious meal together. In the garden there is a stone grill. The kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences.
On the ground floor are the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This ground floor is also easily accessible from the outside, which certainly makes loading luggage easier. The first bedroom with Hotelzimmer Allure has a double bed with 2 single box spring beds, a spacious wardrobe, a desk and a private washbasin. Opposite this bedroom is a small bathroom with a sink, toilet and a luxurious massage shower cabin. The second bedroom is the 6-person family room with 2 single box-spring beds and 2 bunk beds. There is also plenty of storage space and a desk. Both the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single box-spring beds, storage space, a sink and a desk. From all bedrooms you have the beautiful view that you also have from the living room upstairs. On the other side of the long hallway that leads to the bedrooms there are two more bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a double sink, a toilet, a massage shower and the infrared sauna and the other spacious bathroom has a double sink, a toilet and Massage shower/jet stream bath. In all bathrooms there is a hairdryer. The house is situated on a spacious property and is bordered by an idyllic stream at the back. In addition, the house is surrounded by nature and is located directly on various hiking and mountain bike trails. So start hiking or mountain biking right outside the front door!

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
