Light-flooded holiday home built in 2015 in a spacious garden landscape, idyllically and quietly located on the outskirts of Berlin with a rich cultural and leisure offer in Berlin and Potsdam. On the ground floor there is a cozy, exceptionally furnished living room with antique pulpit and original works of art, seating area, open well-equipped kitchen and dining area, bedroom with separate toilet, shower room, utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a sleeping area on a large open gallery, a sofa bed on a small gallery and a bathroom with a bathtub. Covered south-facing terrace 24 m² with seating area and hanging chairs, private parking space in front of the house. Space for 6 guests. Up to 2 guests can stay in a barrel in the garden for an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
