Electric heating. Terrace 24 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

In the district of Großzerlang 12 km from the centre of Rheinsberg, 43 km from the centre of Neuruppin, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 30 m from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Available: canoe (extra). Rowing boat (Local agreement). 400 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Großer Pälitzsee. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required].

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
