"Alva", 2-room bungalow 26 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sliding door with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, toaster, kettle). Shower/WC. Boiler. Large terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: logs (free). Parking. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Small, cosy bungalow, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake, 100 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: natural state property 800 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Shop 7 km, railway station "Fürstenwalde" 11 km, grass beach "Bad Saarow" 10 km, lake (kein Badesee!) 50 m. Nearby attractions: Scharmützelsee, Bad Saarow 11 km, Fürstenwalde 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Motorway close by. The small lake approx. 50 m away is not suitable for swimming.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
