General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a sauna, a barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool and there are two balconies. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, three showers and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

Chalet Alpenzauber is located on the edge of the holiday resort of Inzell, with a wonderful view of the Chiemgau Alps. The chalet offers the highest level of comfort with a wood-burning stove, private outdoor pool and sauna. The exposed roof truss made of chopped, natural spruce wood gives the chalet a cosy character. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a natural stone shower and access to the sauna, as well as a large living and dining area with a large open-plan kitchen. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with shower. From the living room you can directly access the large terrace with pool and seating lounge. Another highlight is the private barbecue area with outdoor seating and large parasol, as well as the completely fenced plot with its own carport.
The Inzell holiday resort is surrounded by the local Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps and in the immediate vicinity of the Inzell spa and bathing park (650 m above sea level). Experience the impressive Inzell landscape, which is characterised by a sunny valley and picturesque mountain meadows and mountain lakes, and enjoy the beautiful panorama on the mountain forest and moor adventure trails during a hike or a bike tour. In winter, there are excellent opportunities for ice skating and skiing. The Max Aicher Arena winter sports facility is located in the village itself, and the Kesselalm lifts in Inzell and the Pommernlift in Adlgaß are in the immediate vicinity.

Nearby activities : The Chiemgau Alps are right on your doorstep and are ideal for hiking and mountaineering. Chiemsee, Königssee and Waginger See are also close by and should not be missing from your daily plans. For families, a visit to the Inzell bathing park with indoor pool, giant slide and its own natural bathing lake is worthwhile. Inzell is also home to the indoor ice rink Max Aicher Arena with a 400m speed skating rink and an indoor ice hockey field. In winter the Kesselalm lifts Inzell are 2,5km away and the Pommernlift Adlgaß 5km.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
