Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Beautiful view of the valley and the town. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Cats are not allowed as pets. The terrace is a spacious roof terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
