The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, two radios, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a trampoline and there are four balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, a bath, eight washbasins and six showers.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove and a coffee maker.

The landlord lives in a completely separate and independent area on the ground floor of the house and is happy to answer any questions you may have. The six bedrooms are designed in a rustic wood construction with a total of 3 separate bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen with integrated dining room, with its continuous window front, allows an excellent view over the entire valley. The spacious living room has a built-in small bar. All in all: This Black Forest house guarantees pure relaxation for young and old.
The visitor's tax includes the "KONUS guest card", which entitles you to free use of buses and trains throughout the Black Forest (denoted) and free (or reduced) entry to numerous tourist facilities.

On 1 kilometer of Schwarzwald you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 2 kilometer. Want even more activities? Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
