Bath/shower, 3 showers, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In the living-dining room counter with beer tap. Beer kegs up to 30 liters can be ordered from the landlord.

Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: table tennis, table football, central heating system. Bread roll service and beverage service. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Ski lift 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bregtallift Furtwangen 18 km, Kandellift 20 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
