Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with 1 double bed (1 x 200 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 200 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Sep. WC. Wooden floors, carpet. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For shared use: natural state property, flowers and trees, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Seebrugg" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 8.5 km, lake Schluchsee 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km, sailing school 12 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 1 m, ski lift 15 km, slopes 15 km, fishing possibilities 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg / Hochschwarzwald 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schluchsee, Titisee. Hiking paths: Schwarzwald, Hotzenwald, Schluchseegebiet, Feldberggebiet. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
