Wooden floors, carpet. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Schluchsee / Blasiwald: Single-family house "Habsmoos", 2 storeys, detached. 2 apartments in the property. In the district of Blasiwald 8 km from the centre of Schluchsee, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property, flowers and trees, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Seebrugg" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 8.5 km, lake Schluchsee 2 km. Golf course 26 km, sailing school 12 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 1 m, ski lift 15 km, slopes 15 km, fishing possibilities 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg / Hochschwarzwald 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schluchsee, Titisee. Hiking paths: Schwarzwald, Hotzenwald, Schluchseegebiet, Feldberggebiet. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Habsberg in Schluchsee you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
