Bright, partly renovated in 2022, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Dining room with dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large balcony, south facing position, large terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. For reasons of space, the oven, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house.

In the district of Wangen, in the district Höri / westlicher Bodensee, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 300 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property, parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 900 m, bakery 4 km, pub garden 900 m, grass beach "Wangen" 300 m, swimming bay, public bathing area 4 km, lake Bodensee 300 m. Sports harbour 500 m, cycle lane 250 m. Nearby attractions: Museum Haus Dix 4 km, Museum Hesse 6 km, Rheinfall Schaffhausen 28 km, Insel Reichenau 50 km, Sealife Konstanz 36 km. Hiking paths: Schiener Berg, Hohentwiel, Hinterland Bodensee. For your information: The riverside road runs about 70 m below the house. In the summer months, this can be very busy at certain times of the day. However, it cannot be seen from the house (trees/bushes).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
