The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, an elevator, a swimming pool (heated, indoor) and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The twin beds are standing in a row. The balcony is glazed with a nice distant view. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

The holiday complex consists of two buildings connected by a corridor. Access to the indoor pool (fee required) only with online reservation. Current opening times on the Internet. During the summer holidays: indoor pool closed, outdoor pool free entry. PLEASE NOTE: The apartments in the apartment buildings can only be rented for tourist purposes. Company bookings only on request (confirmation required).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
