Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). E-charging station. Please note: non-smoking house. The washing machine is located in the basement of the holiday home. Two children's high chairs are available free of charge. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
