"Lichtblick", 1-room apartment 36 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, partly renovated in 2024, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The balcony is glazed. The double bed (box spring) consists of two bed sections (80 x 200 cm each), which can be pushed apart and configured as single beds if required.

The holiday complex consists of two buildings connected by a corridor. Access to the indoor pool (fee required) only with online reservation. Current opening times on the Internet. During the summer holidays: indoor pool closed, outdoor pool free entry. PLEASE NOTE: The apartments in the apartment buildings can only be rented for tourist purposes. Company bookings only on request (confirmation required).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
