The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, indoor), an elevator, a balcony and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot.

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment and a cot.

Alcove with curtain with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. The balcony is glazed. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Apartment block "Taborstrasse". On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre. For shared use: indoor pool heated (16 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 15.Sep. - 15.Jun., extra). Table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 4 km, bicycle rental 16 km, railway station "Löffingen" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Freiburg 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 35 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kirnbergsee 6 km, Titisee 23 km, Schluchsee 39 km. Free family ski lift 800 m. The holiday complex consists of two buildings connected by a corridor. Access to the indoor pool (fee required) only with online reservation. Current opening times on the Internet. During the summer holidays: indoor pool closed, outdoor pool free entry. PLEASE NOTE: The apartments in the apartment buildings can only be rented for tourist purposes. Company bookings only on request (confirmation required).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
