The place of Hofstetten is in a quiet, charming location in a side valley of the Kinzig - only 2km away from the town of Haslach. This working farm is about 3km outside of Hofstetten and away from any traffic. The house is surrounded by meadows and forests in the middle of the famous Black Forest. This apartment is located exactly here where you will spend your vacation. From the private balcony you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully-equipped. Table tennis, table football, sandbox, trampoline and children's bicycles are available. A barbecue area with cosy gazebo and the large garden can also be used. Marked hiking and Nordic walking trails spanning several kilometres into deep and branched valleys allow visitors to experience the characteristic Black Forest landscape. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
