Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), 1 double bed and bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
