Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable), box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift. The two beds in the 3rd bedroom can be configured either as a double bed or as separate single beds.

In the district of Riggenbach 1.8 km from the centre of Bernau/Innerlehen, 8.5 km from the centre of St. Blasien, 47 km from the centre of Freiburg im Breisgau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
