The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue, an air conditioner and a boules court and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three washbasins and three showers.

The villa breathes the Provencal atmosphere, very popular especially for family stays. The large swimming pool invites you to swim and the deck chairs on the adjoining terrace allow you to make the most of the sun. The covered terrace is ideal for meals shared, the stone barbecue is a real asset. The garden is very spacious and includes a large parking space under the pine trees.

Vidauban is a charming village where Provencal life is omnipresent. Other villages such as Lorgues, Salernes and Aups are also well worth a visit. Every day, you'll find a market where you can buy fresh regional produce, before settling down on one of the welcoming terraces for a delicious lunch (often under a plane tree). The beach is within easy reach: the beaches of Sainte Maxime, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are just half an hour away. In between, you can take a break at one of the many wine châteaux, taste the wine and take a bottle home straight away. For children and adults alike, just a stone's throw from the town centre and on the banks of the River Argens, the family-friendly, fun and refreshing Vidauban Water Park is dedicated to walking, entertainment and outdoor activities.

Inside, everything is spacious, especially the large living / dining room which opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a comfortable seating area around the fireplace and a TV. The rooms have excellent mattresses and adjustable air conditioning, all have access to the terraces.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
