This spacious 4-room apartment in the heart of PRA-LOUP 1600 offers 80 m² of comfortable living space, ideal for 7 to 8 people. Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment features stunning south and east-facing balconies with views of the slopes and surrounding mountain scenery. The living room includes two bench seats, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a CD radio, providing a perfect space for relaxation after a day on the slopes. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.
The fully renovated kitchen, completed in summer 2020, is equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds (which can form a double), and another with two bunk beds and an additional single bed. A shower room adjoins the third bedroom, while the apartment also features a separate bathroom with a bathtub and an independent WC. A ski box is available at the entrance for convenience.
Set on the slopes, this apartment offers spectacular views of the valley and mountains. The parquet flooring adds warmth to the space, while the recently updated kitchen ensures a comfortable and modern stay. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited, and the apartment is non-smoking. A security deposit is required, and heating is available to keep you warm during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
