Kitchen (1 hot plate, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, south facing position, large garden 300 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Narrow motor access to 100 m from the house (ramp). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 750 m, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 36 km, sandy beach "La Bocca" 36 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Aerodrome Fayence-Tourrettes 3 km, Circuit des Villages Perchés du Var, Grottes Saint Cezaire. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Cassien 11 km, Lac de Sainte Croix 75 km. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
