The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 2 rooms, each room with 2 french beds (140 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 1'700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 120 - 18 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Frejus" 35 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
