We invite you to stay at the Héliotel Marine residence. Located in a quiet area of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, it offers you a view of the marina and an environment conducive to relaxation. You will find bright studios and apartments with Mediterranean-inspired decoration and a balcony, so pleasant for sunny days. Your comfort is important to us: each accommodation is air-conditioned.
Its privileged location allows you to reach the beach, located 100 m away, on foot. On site, we have set up 2 tennis courts and a play area dedicated to children.

Please note: sleeping at a height is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Bunk beds are recommended for children.

Pets allowed - We welcome your pet upon presentation of the animal's passport: 75€ / animal / week - 12€ / animal / day (stays of 1 to 6 nights). Category 1 or 2 dogs are not accepted.
Baby Kit - Book with your accommodation: 1 folding baby bed, 1 baby chair (from 6 months), 1 changing mat, 1 stroller. The kit is offered at €40/week or €30 per week. for a short stay (1 to 6 nights). Please note: subject to availability.
Bed linen - Included - fitted sheet, sheet or duvet cover and pillowcases.
Bathroom linen - Included - 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person and 1 bath mat per accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
