Large balcony 12 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Side view of the sea and the port. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
