This carefully renovated country house of 165 m2 offers a beautiful holiday in a quiet location. It is a house on 3 levels, on the ground floor there is a living/dining room with fireplace and television, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. On the lower floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. It has a beautiful, landscaped garden, and you can comfortably stay here with family or friends.
The small village of Saint-Julien-du-Verdon offers natural beauty and plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding countryside, with its rolling hills, scenic rivers and picturesque lakes. The village is close to the Verdon Regional Natural Park, one of the most beautiful and diverse natural areas in France, where you can practice hiking, kayaking and climbing. Additionally, Saint-Julien-du-Verdon is a popular destination for history buffs, with sites such as the Château de Gréoux-les-Bains, a well-preserved castle dating back to the 12th century. At the end of June and beginning of July, don't miss the lavender route with these shimmering-colored lavender fields. You will find a Lavender distillery in Barrême. A typical Provençal market takes place in Castellane and a farmers' market in Palud sur Verdon. The centre of Saint Andre des Alpes is 7 km away. The watersports adventure lovers can head 500 m for enjoying the different activities. The nearest bakery is 7 km away from where you can have delicious desserts. The restaurants at a short drive also offer tasty dishes and drinks.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
