Nestled in the heart of the Chantemerle resort, this residence is part of the Hפtel le Cristal Lodge, previously a family hotel of ski champion Luc Alphand. It consists of two new buildings, forming the Rיsidence Terresens Cristal Lodge***, offering 26 fully-equipped apartments ranging from studios to 5 rooms. The elegant design features warm wood finishes, creating a cozy and refined atmosphere. The hotel section includes a Savoyard tapas bar, a games area, and a wellness area with a sauna, hammam, massage cabin, and an indoor whirlpool pool, making it a perfect place for relaxation and fun with friends or family.
At an altitude of 1350m, the hotel and residence offer an ideal setting for enjoying all the activities Serre-Chevalier has to offer, including hiking, swimming in the biotope lake of Chantemerle, and visits to the Grands Bains du Monךtier. With over 300 days of sunshine per year, the resort is perfect for outdoor adventures and relaxation.
The spacious 4-room apartment, ideal for 8-10 people, includes a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and a cabin with two additional single beds. The apartment also features two bathrooms, two toilets, and a balcony. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, parking, and baby kits on request. Guests can access the wellness area with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam for ultimate relaxation.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
