General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a table tennis table, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, TV and gas heating. Large terrace 60 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near L´Ecrin in Roquefort-les-Pins you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
