The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, while the bathroom includes a washing machine and is separate from the WC. Guests can also use a ski locker for convenience.

The north-facing balcony offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the peaks, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The studio is situated near all essential amenities, with paid covered parking available nearby, managed by the Tourist Office. A shuttle stop for the SNCF is located at the foot of the residence, making transportation to the area easy and convenient.

Housekeeping services are available upon request, and additional services such as rental of small bed sheets, double bed sheets, and bathroom linen are offered for a comfortable stay. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
