The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a patio, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Electric heating, air-conditioning. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Balcony, 3 large terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (10). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (10 m2), terrace, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "Pignans" 4 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Carcès pêche uniquement" 27 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Nearby attractions: Collobrieres, Circuit du Var (Le Luc). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 74 km. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon, Plaine des Maures. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
