Private: terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 600 m, bar 600 m, bakery 1.3 km, café, sandy beach "L'Almanarre" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Presqu'Ile de Giens, Iles de Porquerolles, Port Cros, Ile des Embiez. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
