This residence with panoramic views of the Alpilles mountain range, extends over 3 ha and includes apartments spread over small terraced houses. You will find at your disposal a reception, a heated indoor swimming pool with slide (outdoor), a wellness area with paying hammam, sauna and fitness room, mini-golf, multi-sports ground, free outdoor parking and bicycle storage room. For an additional fee, you can rent a television and final cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), a baby kit and / or you can use the WIFI access within the residence (apartments and common areas).

The three-room apartment has an area of 45m2 and can accommodate six people. You will find a living room with two beds, two bedrooms with two beds each, kitchen corner with fridge, combi microwave, ceramic stove and dishwasher. The apartment has a terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note that the interior of the accommodation may differ from the photos.

The small village of Paradou, located between Les Baux de Provence and Maussane les Alpilles, at the foot of the Alpilles mountain range, an ideal starting point for cultural discoveries in the region with museums and castles such as the Museum of the Olive Tree (Musée de l'Olivier, ), Queen Jeanne's pavilion, the Castillon castle from the 17th century, the castle of Baux or the ruins of Glanum. In Paradou you can visit the Museum of figurines with more than 400 different models on 400m2 exhibition space. In the area you can play golf, ride, cycle and hike as a sports enthusiast. You should not miss a visit to the beautiful villages such as Arles, Avigon, Saint Rémy de Provence, Bories or Baux de Provence, the second most visited place in Provence. There are countless markets, festivals and cultural events such as the Festival of Alpilles (July / August), the Avignon Festival (July 5 to July 26) and the Provencal markets, all for a maximum pleasant stay.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
