For an additional fee, you can rent a television and final cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), a baby kit and / or you can use the WIFI access within the residence (apartments and common areas).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
