The holiday home for 13 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of d'Oppède, in a secluded position. Private: well-kept garden 9'000 m2 (fenced) lawn and trees, orchard, swimming pool angular, with privacy (15 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
