The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a stove and a stovetop.

This charming house, tastefully furnished in Provencal style, comprises a cosy living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen with dining area on the ground floor, and a comfortable bedroom and pretty bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. The second bedroom is accessed from the first via a steep staircase. There is a private terrace lined with bamboo where you can enjoy your delicious grilled meats, and you can also take advantage of the enclosed garden and the large swimming pool that you will share with the owner. A driveway to the gîte is reserved for you.

Just half an hour's drive will take you to the Roman city of Avignon, where you can visit the imposing Palais des Papes within the city walls, and to the antique market town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, where you can go canoeing on the Sorgue. We highly recommend a trip to the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, south of Noves. Here you'll find pretty, picturesque villages such as Les Baux-de-Provence and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
