This charming studio with mezzanine is ideally located in the heart of the Carré d'Or, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it the perfect retreat for two people. Situated on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, the modern 30 m² space (18 m² of floor space) is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment features a pleasant living room, a mezzanine with a cozy double bed, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, and the apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and dryer for added convenience. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout your stay.

Located in the vibrant heart of Nice, this apartment offers the best of the city at your doorstep. Within just 2 minutes, you can be on the beach, and the nearby Old Town (Vieux Nice) is perfect for strolling through charming alleys. Explore the palaces of the Carré d'Or or visit cultural sites such as the National Theater and the Museum of Modern Art, just 15 minutes away. The Nice Ville train station is a 10-minute walk, providing easy access to the wider Côte d'Azur region, including nearby destinations like Cannes, Monaco, and Antibes. A supermarket is conveniently located at the bottom of the building, so you can stock up on essentials during your stay.

Upon your arrival, a concierge will greet you and provide the keys to the apartment. The hosts are available throughout your stay to assist with any needs. Please note there are additional charges for late check-ins: €25 between 9 p.m. and midnight, and €44 between midnight and 6 a.m. A €700 deposit is also required. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
