Located on the 3rd floor of the "Les Grands Cèdres" residence with elevator access, it features an open-plan living space with a lounge and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hotplates, fridge, and freezer. Three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and office areas, plus a mezzanine bedroom with a private workspace, offer ample comfort. Amenities include a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, air conditioning, a fan, and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy free parking and a petanque ground.
The apartment is ideally located 300 meters from the sea and Promenade des Anglais, close to beaches and essential shops like markets and bakeries. Nearby attractions include the Naive Art Museum and Carole de Roumanie Park, both within 300 meters. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
