This charming 90m² chalet apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, offering three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms feature double beds (160x200), while the third has two single beds that can be pushed together. The apartment is pet-friendly, allowing for one pet, making it a great option for pet owners. The large balcony provides a panoramic view, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is optional.

Located in a prime spot, this chalet is just 250 meters from the slopes and ski lifts, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The ESF & Club Piou Piou, catering to young skiers, is also within walking distance, as are local shops and restaurants, located about 200 meters away. The free skibus offers convenient access to the Durancia: Nuxe Aquatic Center and Spa, just 800 meters away, where guests can unwind after a day on the slopes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
