The town centre of Montauroux at 1 km and Callian at 2 km have restaurants, horse-riding facilities, and supermarkets. The green forest adjoining the villa is great for a stroll. You can visit the sea, 20 km away. and reach the beaches of Cannes and Antibes in half-an-hour drive. The nearest ski lift is 100 km away.
Enjoy the gorgeous hill views from the terrace and spend fun-filled barbecue evenings. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers around it too. A boules court and play equipment for entertainment is also available here.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
