The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/shower, shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 7'500 m2, terraced garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 25.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, parking on the premises. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 8 km, café 8 km, bus stop 8 km, lake de Saint Cassien 18 km. Golf course 16 km, riding stable 8 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
