The property is situated on the Côte d'Azur, in the historic Old Town of the delightful seaside resort of Menton. Just a 3-minute walk from the doorstep, you'll find the scenic Plage des Sablettes beach, the Baroque Basilica of St. Michel, and the resort’s Old Port. Nice Airport (NCE), the nearest international airport, is a 35-minute drive away.

Inside, the apartment features a spacious living room, complete with a cozy L-shaped sofa and a dining table. Large picture windows fill the space with natural light. The contemporary kitchen, which opens onto a small balcony, is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge. Both bedrooms include a double bed and wardrobe, with the second bedroom also offering a flat-screen TV. The bathroom comes with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

The property is situated on the Côte d'Azur, in the Old Town district of the charming coastal resort of Menton. Within a 5-minute walk, guests have access to convenient amenities, including a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarket. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
