The apartment is ideally located near a range of attractions. The vibrant town center is only 500 meters away, offering a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore. The Old Town of Menton, a City of Art and History, is a short walk away, and the glamorous city of Monaco is just 8 km from the residence. You can also take advantage of the Menton Nautical Center, located less than 2 km away, for a wide range of water sports and activities.
The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your own meals. It also has a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub and a WC. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
