Situated on the 5th floor of a well-maintained residential complex with elevator access, this modern apartment is ideally located near a pedestrian area in central Menton, just a short stroll from the seafront. Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Menton along the Côte d'Azur, the property is within a 10-minute walk of three beautiful beaches. The nearest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), which is a convenient 35-minute drive away.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and features a spacious open-plan living room that includes a double sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV, and a dining table. It is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed, along with a separate dressing room for added convenience. Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed, which is separated by a movable partition wall to ensure privacy. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, bidet, washbasin, and WC.

For those seeking local produce, the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, located on Quai de Monleon, is also just a 5-minute stroll away. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
