This charming ground floor studio is located in the historic heart of Menton. All amenities are within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Nice airport is only 45 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton's main train station is a 6 minute drive away.

The stylish living area features a sofa that effortlessly transforms into a cozy double bed. Adjacent to this, a well-designed kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, and fridge, along with a fold-down table for two, maximizing space and functionality.The studio extends into a charming conservatory, furnished with a comfortable daybed and a café-style table with chairs, creating an inviting space for dining beneath the stars. From here, guests can access a private, fully enclosed garden, offering a tranquil retreat. The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

Menton is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of many of Menton’s main attractions such as the Baroque basilica of Saint-Michel Archange. The Sablettes beaches (7 minutes walk) are some of the most popular in the town, as is the Plage Fossan (also 7 minutes walk).

For an evening stroll, the town’s Vieux Port (10 minutes walk) is a haven for some of the world’s most expensive boats.

All the amenities that guests need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton’s main railway station is a 6-minute drive.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
