For shared use: natural state property 400 ha, swimming pool fenced (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Tennis, boccia. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Les Vignerons" 3 km, sandy beach "La Raguette" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6.4 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 17 km, Antibes 30 km, Nice 43 m, Marineland 30 km, Aqualand 38 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint-Cassien 22 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in CANNES, 17 km. The access to the swimming pool and tennis is by a pedestrian way ( 10 minutes by walk).

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Domaine de Maure Vieil in Mandelieu-La Napoule you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
