This air-conditioned, two-story apartment offers a convenient location in the heart of a pedestrian village, ideal for families or groups of up to six guests (pets allowed with additional fees). The village itself boasts shops, restaurants, and a central square. Guests have access to the Pierre & Vacances aquatic area, featuring slides, an artificial river, and a wave pool. Other activities in the area include basketball, beach volleyball, horse riding, and an 18-hole golf course (all additional charges may apply).
The 51m² duplex apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and trundle bed, a kitchen, a terrace, and a parking space. It sleeps six guests in three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with bunk beds. The two bathrooms each have an electric towel dryer and storage space.
The rental includes essential services like bed linens, a maintenance kit, and welcome products. Additional services, such as daily linen changes, bathroom towels, and daily cleaning, are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and can be prepaid or paid upon arrival. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
