Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
