The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 double bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Terrace 10 m2, terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Le Pradet: Villa "Le Provençal", built in 1930, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees. In a quiet position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), natural garden 200 m2 (fenced), parking on the premises. Shop 8.5 km, grocery 700 m, supermarket 3.3 km, shopping centre 8.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bakery 2.6 km, café 2.7 km, sandy beach "plage de la Garonne". Sports harbour 2.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 6.8 km, surf school, sailing school 650 m. Nearby attractions: Musée de la mine de Cap Garonne 3.1 km. Hiking paths: Espace Nature 4.8 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Hyères le Port, 18 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Le Provençal in Le Pradet you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
